Q: Where will my session take place?
A: Your manicure or pedicure session will take place in a warm, comfortable, quiet room. Soft music may be played, and lit candles may be used to help you relax.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: At this time, our hours are: Weekend and Evening hours, By Appt. Only. For Wedding parties and other special events we are available upon request.
Q: How do I schedule an appointment?
A: Please call or email us to schedule your appointment. Our sessions are booked by appointment only.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: Payments made in cash or by check are accepted. At this time we don't accept Visa and MasterCard.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: A 24 hour cancellation notice is much appreciated.
Q: What should I expect during my first session?
A: Your Beautican will begin by asking you general questions to establish what method of manicure you would prefer, if there are any conditions needing to be addressed and to determine what manicure is appropriate for you.
Q: How long does a Manicure generally take?
A: About 35 minutes including Free Consultation.
Q: How long does a Pedicure generally take?
A: About 50 minutes including a Free Consultation.
